Easy & Delicious Hamburger Dip

One of my favorite style of appetizers is dips. They're so versatile and there's a lot you can do with a dip. I'm pretty sure you could make a dip out of anything, if you tried hard enough.

My mom makes a really delicious hamburger dip at home a lot. We make it a lot for dinner parties, because it's so easy and everyone loves it. It's especially great if you want that hamburger taste, but don't want to grill and worry about toppings and condiments.

Here's Mom's recipe for easy and delicious hamburger dip!

hamburger dip

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound ground beef
4 oz. (1/2 block) cream cheese
1/4 cup ketchup
1, 8-oz. can tomato sauce
Drizzle of olive oil for cooking the beef
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Cook the beef on the stove in the olive oil, and drain when finished.

2. In the same pan, add the cream cheese, tomato sauce, ketchup and spices, and stir until combined.

3. Pour dip into a serving bowl. Serve with crackers of choice. I love this with Ritz crackers and tortilla chips, and it's really good with cornbread chips.

See how easy?
